This is the best appliance company I’ve ever worked with! My washer was stuck in the rinse cycle, and James was very knowledgeable and fixed it quickly. He even came back a second time to make sure everything was working perfectly. He followed up the next day and also sent me an email with tips on how to take care of the washer so this wouldn’t happen again. James was also super respectful! We have kids, and he wore shoe covers inside the house. The price was super reasonable too. Highly recommend!!
